DON BOSCO AT THE EDUCATIONWORLD INDIA SCHOOL RANKING 2013
Don Bosco School, Alaknanda, New Delhi is ranked Delhi’s No.2 Day Boys school and All India No. 15 in EducationWorld India School Rankings 2013.
In pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement of the educational institutions in India, EducationWorld has been publishing the Annual EducationWorld India School rankings with C fore – the well-known market research and opinion polls agency. They rate and rank India’s most high-profile schools on 14 parameters such as academic reputation, teacher welfare & development, competence of faculty, co-curricular education, sports education, life skills education & conflict management, individual attention to students, leadership/management quality, parental involvement, Infrastructure provision, Internationalism, special needs education, value for money and community service.  The school rankings reflect the innovations and effort put in by managements, principals and teachers of the country’s best primary-secondary schools.

                                                 
To felicitate the country’s top Day, Boarding and International schools, the EducationWorld India School Rankings Nite 2013 was held at The Lalit, New Delhi on 14th September, 2013. The event was widely covered by the print and television media.
Don Bosco School, Alaknanda, New Delhi is ranked No. 2 in Delhi and No. 15 at the All India level with an aggregate of 1054 points out of 1500. Established in 1980 and affiliated with the CBSE board since 1987, Don Bosco School, Alaknanda has an aggregate enrolment of 2370 students mentored by 81 teachers. The results of the CBSE examination for class XII 2013 became one of the most historic ever. The science topper, Priyank Agarwal, with a percentage of 97.2 set a new school record. The school had a phenomenal 25 toppers in English, each scoring 95%. The school is looking astonishingly different due to the latest renovations. Fr. Babu Varghese SDB, the principal received the award on behalf of the school at the EducationWorld India School Rankings Nite 2013.
Don Bosco Schools received maximum publicity and accolades as five Don Bosco Schools came in the top 26 ranks. Don Bosco High School, Matunga, Mumbai is ranked No.8, Don Bosco High School, Panjim is ranked No.12, Don Bosco, Liluah is ranked No. 24 and Don Bosco School, Siliguri is ranked No. 26.
